Building & Grounds Committee – This committed group ensures the safety, beauty, usability, and efficiency of our parish and school campus. Meetings are 4th Thursday of the month at 6 pm. For questions about St. Mary’s buildings and grounds, or to volunteer, contact Shirley Aubrecht.

Collection Counters – These dedicated parishioners (usually ushers) account for the accurate and timely deposit of monetary collections at Mass. To volunteer your time 8-10 times per year, contact Dennis Hessel.

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist – These lay ministers are commissioned to help with the distribution of Eucharist at Mass and to take Communion to the homebound and to the nursing home. For more information, contact Gloria Couvion.

Bible Discussion GroupThis women’s group of parishioners meets on Mondays at 6:30 pm for discussion. For more information, contact Gloria Couvion.

Finance CouncilThis dedicated group of parishioners ensures fiscal responsibility and reporting of parish finances. Meetings are 4th Thursday of the month at 7 pm. For questions, contact Chairperson, David Green.

Ministry of Praise – This ministry unites parish members who are ill or homebound through their prayers for parish and world needs and for the needs of their brothers and sisters in the parish. For more information, contact Janet Foehrkolb.

Parent-Teacher Club – The PTC is the primary fundraising organization of St. Mary’s School. All St. Mary’s teachers and parents are invited to help within this club to raise and allocate funds where best used at St. Mary’s School. Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. Parish CouncilThe Parish Council is an advisory council to our pastor. The members meet monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. If you are interested in serving on the Parish Council or would like to nominate a parishioner for consideration, contact our pastor, Rev. Robert J. Jallas.

PSR TeachersThe teachers of St. Mary’s Parish School of Religion (K-8) are volunteers. If you feel called to serve by faithfully teaching religion class on Sunday mornings, please contact PSR Coordinator, Eva Duncan.

Order of Christian Initiation for AdultsOCIA the path for becoming Catholic. It is an opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our faith. Meetings are Tuesdays at 7 pm. For more information, please contact Gloria Couvion.

School BoardThe St. Mary’s School Board advises the principal and pastor in the mission and operations of the school. Members are nominated and/or elected on a rotating cycle and meet monthly. Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. If you are interested on serving on the School Board or would like to nominate a parishioner for consideration, contact the School Office.

Daughters of Isabella – The O’Reilly Circle #218 had its first meeting on June 19, 1922! This female auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus meets regularly and sells desserts at the KC Fish Fries. For more information, visit the Daughters of Isabella webpage.

Ladies Guild – Open to all ladies of the parish, the Ladies Guild meets monthly and supports parish activities through fundraisers and funeral luncheons. Watch the church bulletin for meetings or contact Sue Certa.
